What are my shipping options?

To keep it simple and quick for our customers we offer flat rate shipping. No surpises, you’ll know exactly what rate your paying before completing your order. Remember, all orders over $100 (before taxe(s) and shipping) within Canada receive free shipping! All orders will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Delivery and are insured for up to $100.

*All orders under $100 placed within British Columbia will only be charged a $4.95 flat fee*.

*For orders outside of British Columbia but still within Canada, please contact us for detailed shipping and tax information*.

*As with most online retailers, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If a product is determined to be defective, a new product will then be sent to you without additional shipping charges.

US and International:

How long will my delivery take?

Once your order has been processed, deliveries within the Lower Mainland of BC (West Vancouver to Abbotsford) should be expected within 1 business day. We do our best to process your order the same day that it is recieved.

Below are transit times for deliveries to most major urban centers outside the Lower Mainland of BC once your order has been processed. Delivery to rural or remote areas may take slightly longer than the listed times:

Regional (Western Canada) – 1 to 3 business days

National (Across Canada) – 2 to 7 business days

Am I able to pick up my order?

At this time we do not offer a pick up service.

Will I get a tracking code to see where my order is?

Yes. All orders will recieve a tracking order which will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. This will allow you to see exactly where your order is and when to expect it at your door.

Can I have my order delivered to a P.O. Box?

At present we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide an address for a physical location.
